Happy Pilates Mix (the classic Personal Best class)

Flowing movement based on pilates, delivering increased mobility, muscle tone, core strength and good posture. Using body weight and light hand weights.

Hot Pilates HIIT

Upbeat pilates based session for mobility and toning moves interspersed with intervals of higher intensity cardio work with light hand weights.

Chilled Pilates Flow

Chilled flowing movement based on pilates and yoga, delivering increased mobility, flexibility, muscle tone and core strength. No equipment required.

And before you start…

Please be sure you are healthy and physically able to start these workouts. Please start slowly, without hand weights and focus on good form before building up your pace and using light weights.
