Cucumber, pear, ginger and spinach smoothie (hangover helper)

Delicious and refreshing. Great for a hangover!

On that note: if you can face it adding asparagus can help with a hangover. Also do the hot water lemon thing, green tea and then eat complex carbs with protein and veg: think eggs with spinach and tomatoes on whole wheat toast.

Ingredients

1 cucumber peeled and roughly chopped

2 ripe pears, roughly chopped

10g fresh ginger, roughly chopped

large handful baby spinach

6 ice cubes

Method

Put all ingredients in a powerful blender with 50ml cold water and blend until smooth.
