Fitness

Personal Best London offers personal and small group pilates, fitness and running training in South London. All sessions are designed for women who want to feel good by building strength and fitness with an underlying focus on core strength and pelvic floor health. All work is low impact and tailored to each woman.

In my small group fitness sessions we take one hour to relax, breathe, stretch, build strength, raise our heart rates, laugh, dance and then relax again. All to great music, and in a positive and supportive atmosphere. Sessions take place at my home, yours, or in the park.

Running training can be one-on-one or in small groups. I help women start or get back into running in a fun and supportive environment, working on safe technique, setting goals and maintaining motivation.

Standard Personal Best London T&Cs

Payment is requested in advance for each half term. 

We both commit to a set number of sessions per week for each half term. 

If you tell me 2 weeks in advance that you can’t make a session I will give you a ‘credit’ for that session to carry into the following ‘half term’.

If you tell me less than 2 weeks but more than 48 hours in advance that you can’t make a session I will offer you a ‘make up’ session for that week or the following week.

If you tell me less than 48 hours in advance that you can’t make a session you will lose that session. 

If you are injured or unwell and out of action for more than 1 session I will give you credits for the remaining sessions you miss due to that injury or illness. 

If I cancel a session I will offer you a make up session for that week or the following week. If that is not possible for you I will refund you for the missed session. 

If you do additional sessions I will invoice you for those at the end of that half term.
