Personal Best London offers pilates based online fitness workouts: all designed for mid-life (ish) women who want to feel good by building strength and fitness with an underlying focus on core strength and pelvic floor health. 

TRIBE members can access unlimited access to daily 45 minute workouts (5 days a week). All live on Zoom at 10am GMT or catch up whenever suits with all videos online.
